APPLE SYRUP
1 C Sugar
2 T Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 C Apple Juice (made from the frozen concentrate, mix it with water and then use 2 cups)
1/4 C Butter
2 T Lemon Juice
Bring everything just to a boil and boil until desired thickness/consistency. Don't over boil. When stored in the refrigerator it will solidify into a soft mass. To reuse just heat it back up in a pot or in the microwave.
