CHICKEN ALFREDO SOUP

CHICKEN ALFREDO SOUP

Bring to boil for 5 minutes...
1 C Broccoli, chopped
1/2 C Carrots, chopped
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1 C Potatos, chopped
1/2 C Red Bell Pepper, chopped (OPTIONAL)
1 Garlic Clove, pressed
1 can Chicken Broth (appx. 14 oz)

Add to veggies and heat through...
2 C Chicken Breast, cooked & diced
1 T Basil, fresh snipped (or 1 tsp. dried basil)
1 jar White Alfredo Pasta Sauce (16 oz)

Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan Cheese, if desired, and serve. This is great with Bread Bowls!
