WAFFLES or PANCAKES

I use this recipe both for Pancakes & Waffles. But there is a slight difference in the directions when adding the eggs...so make sure you watch.

PANCAKES

2 & 1/2 C Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
2 C Milk
1 C Oil

Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl and add the wet to the dry. After everything is mixed well, then add the oil and mix well again. Enjoy!

WAFFLES

2 & 1/2 C Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 Egg YOLKs, beaten
2 C Milk
4 Egg WHITEs, beat stiff
1 C Oil

Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Beat the egg yolks and the milk together in a bowl and add the wet to the dry; add the oil and mix well again. Beat the egg whites stiff; FOLD into the mixture. Do NOT over mix. Enjoy!
